Op HOME RAT is a real operation. It's a plan for 7 th Armoured Brigade to look after its team at home in the Garrison. It is more than just a booklet, it is a group of initiatives thought up by people in the Garrison to make the lives of those who do not deploy on operations better – much better and easier.
